We loved everything and will reach out to you in a few years to plan our second trip to New Zealand! We explored the North Island starting in Auckland and drove to Lake Rotorua. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and taken care of ant each destination. All of the hotels and restaurants that were prearranged were excellent. We flew to the South Island and took in the beauty from Queenstown, Mount Cook to Frans Joseph. Unforgettable!!!!

Read moreWe booked our 11 day self - drive tour with Carly Barker. Carly was very patient as I made quite a few tweaks to our itinerary and in the end it was the perfect holiday!! Everything went extremely smoothly, check in at all our hotels and tours was easy and transfers arranged by her went to plan. We drove from Auckland to Wellington and then caught the Interislandia Ferry and Coastal Pacific Train to Christchurch before picking up a car for the rest of the journey. The Fine Touring App was so helpful and I referred to it daily. When I had an issue with one of our hotels and a tour canceled due to weather conditions a Fine Tour Representative was there to help us work through it. I would definitely recommend working with this company to create your dream holiday.

Read moreWe had two weeks to see as much of the north and south islands as possible. We worked with Anna, who came up with a tour that included all of the things and places we wanted to visit. Our tour included great hotels, transfers to and from airports, and a number of fun and interesting small group tours with companies that picked us up in the morning and brought us to our next destination in the afternoon or evening. When rain changed everything (washed out roads along the west coast, etc.), Anna and other staff took on changing our route, hotels and adventures. It all worked out and we had a wonderful time.
